THE family behind some of Queensland’s most striking landmarks has rejoined the ranks of the state’s richest people.
Sunland property group founder Soheil Abedian and his family return to Queensland’s Top 150 Rich List – to be published in The Sunday Mail this weekend – after a five-year absence.
The 65-year-old and his son Sahba, 39 – Sunland’s managing director – developed the Palazzo Versace resort and Q1 – then the world’s tallest residential tower – on the Gold Coast.
