What are the objectives of the Bahá'í Faith?

The main objective and ultimate goal of Baha'ism is to convert all people of the world into Baha'ism and rule them through a supreme Baha'i council where they will either observe utmost obedience or be shunned by breaking the Baha'i covenant.

Yes, this is the ultimate goal. They claim their goal is for all faiths and beliefs to be unified, but they will not tell you that this unification is in the sense that everyone becomes a Baha'i. There are many quotes in the writings that explicitly point to this fact. Interestingly, these quotes are usually hidden and kept in the dark because what Baha'is propagate today about their beliefs contradicts this ultimate goal.

The first quote I will point to is the following:

"We desire but the good of the world and the happiness of the nations; that all nations shall become one in faith and all men as brothers; that the bonds of affection and unity between the sons of men shall be strengthened; that diversity of religion shall cease and differences of race be annulled. So it shall ,be; these fruitless strifes, these ruinous wars shall pass away, and the 'Most Great Peace' shall come (Baha'u'llah)." (Star of the West, Vol. 3, no. 7)

This statement was so important that it was repeated 178 times in the Baha'i propaganda magazine "Star of the West" through the years 1912-1922, see link below for all instances:

In-depth searching

This quote can hardly be found today in any modern Baha'i work. Here is another one:

"That which the Lord hath ordained as the sovereign remedy and mightiest instrument for the healing of all the world is the union of all its peoples in one universal Cause, one common Faith. This can in no wise be achieved except through the power of a skilled, an all-powerful and inspired Physician. This, verily, is the truth, and all else naught but error." (Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the writings of  Baha'u'llah, p. 255)

and another:

“Its watchword is the unification of the human race; its standard the “Most Great Peace”; its consummation the advent of that golden millennium—the Day when the kingdoms of this world shall have become the Kingdom of God Himself, the Kingdom of Baha’u’llah,” Shoghi Effendi, The World Order of Baha’u’llah, p. 157.

yet another one:

"Then will the coming of age of the entire human race be proclaimed and celebrated by all the peoples and nations of the earth. Then will the banner of the Most Great Peace be hoisted. Then will the worldwide sovereignty of Bahá'u'lláh -- the Establisher of the Kingdom of the Father foretold by the Son, and anticipated by the Prophets of God before Him and after Him -- be recognized, acclaimed, and firmly established. Then will a world civilization be born, flourish, and perpetuate itself, a civilization with a fullness of life such as the world has never seen nor can as yet conceive. Then will the Everlasting Covenant be fulfilled in its completeness. Then will the promise enshrined in all the Books of God be redeemed, and all the prophecies uttered by the Prophets of old come to pass, and the vision of seers and poets be realized. Then will the planet, galvanized through the universal belief 124 of its dwellers in one God, and their allegiance to one common Revelation, mirror, within the limitations imposed upon it, the effulgent glories of the sovereignty of Bahá'u'lláh, shining in the plenitude of its splendor in the Abha Paradise, and be made the footstool of His Throne on high, and acclaimed as the earthly heaven, capable of fulfilling that ineffable destiny fixed for it, from time immemorial, by the love and wisdom of its Creator." (Shoghi Effendi, The Promised Day is Come, p. 123)

And finally here is Shoghi Effendi's scheme of making this happen in consecutive planned steps:
